The FREE METHODIST HAITI INLAND MISSION was established in 1964 to bring the saving gospel of Jesus Christ to the impoverished nation of Haiti. The first Free Methodist Church in Haiti was a brush arbor church with twelve members in an area known today as Parc Chretien. Today, the conference has grown to 74 churches with 79 stations and 12 church plants.
The Free Methodist Haiti Inland Mission is an annual conference with one general superintendent and five district superintendents. Its ministries include pastoral training, evangelism, WMI, MMI, youth ministries, Christian education, community development and a medical ministry.
Conference statistics show almost 11,000 full members with another 4500 preparatory and junior members. Almost 2500 conversions were realized during the conference year 2006.
The Free Methodist Church in Haiti is committed to prayer and fervently proclaims the message of salvation to the Haitian people while embodying kingdom values and brotherly fellowship.
We would encourage you to support the conference ministries through Haiti Country Shares.
